Mr Sujit Agarwal is a highly experienced consultant in orthopaedics and trauma, practising across Edgbaston, Stourbridge and Halesowen. He specialises in the full spectrum of hip and knee surgery, with expertise in arthritis management, joint replacements (total and partial), meniscus repair, osteoarthritis, osteotomy, joint preservation procedures, and arthroscopy.

He sees private patients at The Priory Hospital, Ramsay The Stourside Hospital, and Ramsay West Midlands Hospital, alongside his NHS work at Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals. Between 2022 and 2024, he also consulted at The Droitwich Spa Hospital. With more than 25 years of clinical experience, Mr Agarwal is recognised for his extensive contribution to hip and knee surgery.

After qualifying from Pondicherry University in 1998, he undertook higher surgical training in London and Surrey. He later gained specialist expertise through two international fellowships in hip and knee arthroplasty: one at the Mater and Royal North Shore Hospitals in Sydney, and another at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. Since 2017, he has been a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in trauma and orthopaedics.

Alongside his clinical commitments, Mr Agarwal is passionate about education and research. He is a surgical tutor for the Royal College of Surgeons, has published multiple research papers, and is actively involved in professional bodies including the British Orthopaedic Association.
