Natalie has been working with nutrition and nutritional therapy since 2005. She has extensive scientific expertise in identifying the root cause of her patients' symptoms.
During her 18 years of clinical practice, Natalie has developed industry-leading expertise across a broad spectrum of patient needs, including, but not limited to:
* weight management, including extensive work with pre-diabetes & diabetes;
* nutrition and lifestyle for patients with bariatric surgery and procedures;
* digestive problems, including IBS, IBD, SIBO, gastric reflux and food intolerance;
* hormonal health - both female and male patients.
As a bariatric surgery team member since 2012, Natalie works with world-class clinical teams, surgeons, and psychologists, supporting patients with surgery and procedures beyond the NHS or private clinics' care packages. As one of the leading Allurion Balloon Programme nutritionists, Natalie heads the nutrition and lifestyle component of the programme in several clinics.
Natalie utilises her expertise in addressing dietary and nutritional challenges following bariatric procedures and her coaching and counselling skills to assist her patients in achieving improved health and long-term weight management.
