I have worked in musculoskeletal physiotherapy since graduating Robert Gordon's University in 2018. I began working in the NHS before moving to New Zealand and working in private practice. I returned to Scotland to take a Senior Physiotherapist role in 2022 and decided to open my own clinic.

I have worked with clients of all ages for a wide variety of issues. Having played sport and been involved in fitness my whole life, I understand the mental and emotional toll being injured or being in pain can have. This is why I use an holistic approach to treatment and address the wider issues as well as the injury or site of pain.

Having spent much of my rugby career on the side line, I unfortunately have a lot of experience on the physio bed as well as next to it. However, having significant injuries from head to toe has given me amazing insight in to what my clients have and are experiencing.

I have spent countless hours researching rehabilitation techniques and practicing them myself to find out what may work on paper, but is difficult to achieve in the real world.

I understand that physiotherapy can be boring. My passion lies in educating clients about often complex physiological issues and breaking them down to create simple solutions.

We will work together to create a plan that will achieve your goals, resolve your injury, improve your performance, or help you in your fitness or weight loss journey by integrating your rehab into your day or normal exercise routine.
